I was serving soldier of AOC, retire on 31/10/2011, I am serving in ESIC from 30/07/2012 my last basic was 9910+2800+2000(MSP). now I am UDC in ESIC with pay of 7810+2400. which is my new fixation and how it calculate please give formula for it. and please ask my pension and DA will ignore or not.
